How to listen to calls audio recordings with Spy Verity?
In order to listen to the call recording, you can just access the "Call recording" section of the dashboard. In this section you will find the list of all calls with their media players. Furthermore, you can just press download to receive the call's audio recording file. For listening to the downloaded audio recording we recommend using VLC Media Player, which is a free multimedia audio player. The call's audio recording may not record both ends of the conversation, which is why Spy Verity offers the possibility to change the source of the audio recording. This way you can also choose the best quality mode.
